Well Sure we will happy to help you
here we go.
Error: -6000, -77 when opening a company file
When attempting to open a company file, the following error appears:
We're sorry. QuickBooks encountered a problem. Error codes: (-6000, -77).
Solution 1: Download and run the QuickBooks File Doctor
Solution 2: Rename .ND and .TLG files
.ND and .TLG are configuration files that allow QuickBooks Desktop to access the company file(s) in a network or in multi-user mode. Corrupted or damaged .ND or .TLG files can cause errors when opening QuickBooks Desktop. Renaming these files does not cause data loss since these are automatically recreated when you open the company file or scan the company files using QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
Open the folder that contains your company file.
Find the files with the same file name as your company file but with extensions .ND and .TLG.
Example:
company_file.qbw .nd
company_file.qbw .tlg
Right click .nd/.tlg file and select Rename. Add the word ".old" after the file extension and press enter.
Example:
company_file.qbw.nd .old
company_file.qbw.tlg .old
Solution 3: Use UNC path instead of mapped drive
Right-click the QuickBooks icon on your desktop, press and hold the Ctrl key from your keyboard and select Run as Administrator. Hold down the Ctrl key until you have the No Company Open window.
Note: Holding down the Ctrl key prevents QuickBooks Desktop from autopening a company file.
From the File menu, click Open or Restore Company.
Select Open a company file and click Next.
In the left Pane, click Network and navigate to the location of your company file.
Note: If you can't find the folder where the company file saved, you may need to set folder permissions.
Select the company file and click Open.
Solution 4: Configure firewall and security software
Solution 5: Recreate damaged folder
Create a new folder on your C:\ drive.
Open the folder where the company file is saved.
Locate the .qbw file.
Example:
company_file .qbw
Right-click the .qbw file and select Copy.
Open the new folder, right-click and select Paste.
Set folder permissions.
Open QuickBooks Desktop and open the file from the new location.
here we go.

Quick tip Re-launching QuickBooks Desktop with elevated permissions may resolve the issue. Right-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon on your desktop and select Run as Administrator. If the company file is saved on an external drive, copy the company file locally. wrote:
